⦁ Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 7–10 business days. We don’t ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
⦁ Busy Seasons: During high-volume periods, processing may take a few extra days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we’ll reach out to you by email.
⦁ Shipping Rates: Charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
⦁ U.S. Only: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
⦁ Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, usually active within 24 hours.

• Custom Orders Are Final: Because each item is made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom or personalized products.
• Double-Check Your Details: Before placing your order, please review all spelling, dates, and design choices carefully. Personalized items are crafted by hand just for you and are not eligible for return.
