Orders & Customization

How do I place a custom order?

Send an email to support@inscribedlaserengraving.com and we can discuss what exactly you are wanting. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.

Can I use my own design, logo, or handwriting?

Yes, we ask that all logos or designs be sent in black and white and in SVG format. Handwriting can be sent in a PNG format.

Do you send a proof before engraving?

If requested, a digital design proof will be sent. We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs.

Shipping & Pickup

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, local pick up is available in Gardendale, AL. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping is only available in the United States.

What is your turnaround time?

We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, we do offer a rush order for an additional fee.

Policies & Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at support@inscribedlaserengraving.com.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel an order once production has started. If you need to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible: support@inscribedlaserengraving.com.
